What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Do I have to order online?
No, you have the option to stop by Geneva Chamber of Commerce in person to purchase your Geneva Gift Certificates at 8 S. Third Street in Geneva from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday; or orders can also be taken by phone at 630-232-6060 from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

When will my order be mailed?
Orders will be processed as quickly as possible and will arrive within 5 days. All orders will be sent via Certified Mail so that your gift will arrive quickly and safely.

Where will you mail to?
We will mail anywhere in the United States.

What will my gift look like when you ship it?
Your Geneva Gift Certificates will be presented in an attractive gift folder with a complete listing of participating shops. If you would like to include a note to the recipient, just type that in the comments box and we will include it with your gift.

Can I return the Geneva Gift Certificates?
Geneva Gift Certificates are non-refundable but with the many types of businesses that redeem them everyone can find a multitude of uses for the certificates. Participating merchants range from restaurants to boutiques, hardware stores to car care centers, hotels to dentists and everything between. Check the list of participating shops for the complete list.
